Carol is a qualified Life Coach with over seven years experience of successfully using life coaching skills and processes. She also has over twenty five years of business experience as Senior Administrator and Operations Manager within local authorities and in the private sector, specialising in organisational/logistical planning and improving customer service.
It is her purpose and desire to support those wishing to make positive changes, discover un-tapped potential or find fresh perspectives.

During 2007 Carol worked in conjunction with Action for Employment (A4E) running an innovative and exciting new coaching project. The organisation is the holder of Government contracts for the provision of job seeker services.
The project supported individual clients who had the opportunity to access 1:1 confidential coaching. All were people from different backgrounds who expressed an interest in learning how coaching could make a difference to their job search strategies and future life vision.
Carol is also a co-founder of The Corporate Coaching Partnership (see: link ) and as such recently worked with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in Cardiff on the creation of their new pilot mentoring scheme for members.
She is also a regular contributor of articles on lifestyle and well-being issues.
